| SERRO SCOTTY CAMPER ENTHUSIASTS ENTHUSIAST OF THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER BOB CLARK |
I was looking for a small camper in the fall of 2005 and found a 1984 Scotty advertised locally. Knew little about
campers at the time, so did a quick search for Scotty's on the internet and found the SSCE and immediately
joined. The group was very welcoming and gave me access to much info on these campers, for which I will
always be greatful. I had the honor of a few emails to and from Scotty Al. While my Scotty isn't vintage, I also
took an interest in the vintage ones. Never having seen one in real life but having learned quite a bit about
them, I started Kamp Kansas so I could actually see one of them. In the 3 KK's we have hosted I have gotten to
see just about every model Mr Serro made.
My wife Robin and I have thoroughly enjoyed the group and still are trying to attend one of the National Rally's
back east. Hopefully I can continue to try to pay back the kindness and help everyone showed me when I first
joined.
