Craiglist flagged his ad, so he put it back up and was flagged again. Through it all he received so much attention that the local TV station came out to his house to interview him, here is the ad that he placed on the site Up for Sale now is some Brand new, Hardly been used, NEW IN BOX! MINT CONDITION! SNOW! Apparently, Those in our ordering Department seem to have made a mistake. They ordered By the Gross!, not by the box. We have too much and must get rid of it now! We have no place to keep it. Our loss is your Gain! We have All Types of Brand new Snow for sale! All Types, and Varieties! We have The powdery white stuff!, The Wet Compacting type, The slushy/ Icy mix, The Chunky, Rocky type, And good old fashioned Snowball Packing mix! WABI-TV channel 5 here from bangor ME just left. They were here for about an hour doing a story on the free snow. The free snow sign, and the Advertisements put on craigslist, and unclehenrys. com. This is the joke, that began right here on the SSCE yesterday afternoon. It has become a monster, and is going to be on the news this evening. They said it may be used as the "KICKER". which I gather is the piece at the end of a newscast that is put there to give everyone a little laugh, and go away happier. I am sorry to say that craigslist, on the other hand, must employ someone lacking in the fun department, as they have once again dropped my ad. I will not re-list it there anymore. but as of now, uncle henrys still has the ad, and it could be good advertising for their site. Thanks to all who helped spawn this idea, as it was a fun thing to do, and got more response than I ever imagined. especially you Jeanne. hope you got your sign up!
