with GLOVES.... use a water, bleach
combo and a sponge to clean the
walls .. this will remove any
yellowing that has occured over
the years and turns the speckled
paint back to a clean original
color..... NOT too wet sponge...
and the bleach water mixture can
be weak and you will need to do it
a few times if really... really bad....
when let it dry. Then use a poly
that states CLEAR non yellowing
formula and put 1 or 2 coats on the
walls to seal the original paint.
The lighter the coat the better....
don't goop the poly on the walls.
