FOR SALE ....I have a couple of trailers for sale. Because I am a member of Sisters on the Fly, they have been "sistered up". I have a '64 Shasta Compact with original interior....birch....and a '63 Metzendorf that has had the skin pulled and beams replaced and new interior wood front to back. My firm prices for the Shasta is $4500 and the Metz is $4000. These prices include interior and exterior decorations...you can see the exterior at this site.....I am sister #508. I actually will sell one and keep the other...I have recently purchased a 1964 16' Cardinal....and I don't need three trailers....I do admit the Metz is a sissy trailer....better for a "sister". If you know anyone that is interested, please have them email me. The trailers will be in Tenn or Miss....I move them back and forth for various campouts. | 1966 13ft Scotty Gaucho for sale I bought the Scotty from the original owner. They thought it was a 1963, but the Vin # said 1966. It has some small exterior dents, new vinyl floor, new interior paint, new curtains, new cushions, new bearings, and all new stainless steel screws. I also had a new blue and white awning made. The overall condition is good. I would like to start the restoration of an old Airstream this year and selling the Scotty would be the first step. You could load the Scotty on a car trailer if that gave you more confidence. I towed it 4 hours each way to Penn State several times. asking 2500.00 Larry E. Waltemire Phone 302-242-8925 |
